Policies

Privacy Policy.

What we collect, why, and the choices you have — in plain words.

Who we are

Bracelets.com is operated by Bliss Living, Inc., a California corporation doing business as Bracelets.com (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the information described in this policy. For inquiries, contact hello@bracelets.com.

The short version

  • You can browse Bracelets.com without giving us any personal information.
  • We count visits, searches and shopping-link clicks anonymously. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't store IP addresses in these records.
  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is held by our email provider, Kit.
  • We don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

What we collect

Page visits. The address of the page viewed, the name of the website that sent you (for example “google.com”, never the full link), and the time.

Shopping-link clicks. Which merchant link was clicked, the page it was on, and the time. We use this to understand which products interest visitors. A click is not a purchase, and we can't see what you buy.

Searches on this site. The words searched (with anything that looks like an email address or phone number removed before saving), how many results appeared, and which product was opened.

These records contain no name, email address, cookie identifier or IP address, and aren't linked to a profile of you.

Newsletter. Your email address, and the fact that you confirmed your subscription.

Messages. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

The newsletter

The Wearable Intelligence Brief is sent with Kit. When you sign up, your email address goes directly to Kit, which stores it, sends you one email to confirm, and only then adds you to the list. Every edition includes an unsubscribe link. Kit's own policy is at kit.com/privacy.

We use your address only to send the newsletter. We don't sell or rent it.

Cookies and similar technology

Bracelets.com doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies, so there's nothing to accept or decline. Our counts work without them.

Our website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

When you follow a shopping link, you leave Bracelets.com. The merchant's site, and any affiliate network involved, may set its own cookies, for example to record that you arrived from us. Their privacy policies apply there.

Who helps us run the site

  • Lovable hosts the website and its database. Like any web host, its servers process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
  • Kit stores newsletter subscribers and sends the newsletter.
  • Google Fonts delivers the typefaces.

Why we use it

  • To run and improve the site, and to decide which products and topics to cover.
  • To send the newsletter you asked for.
  • To reply to your messages.
  • To show partners and advertisers combined, anonymous statistics (for example, total clicks to a merchant). These never identify you.

How long we keep it

Anonymous visit, search and click counts are kept while they're useful for running the business. Newsletter subscriptions last until you unsubscribe. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your message.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time with the link in every edition. You can also ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them.

Our anonymous counts can't be linked back to a person, so we can't find or delete an individual's entries in them.

To make a request, email hello@bracelets.com.

Children

Bracelets.com is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date on it. Questions: hello@bracelets.com. See also our Terms & Conditions.
